Our gourmet restaurant in Liège is proud to have the exceptional talent of Laurent Léveillé, a passionate chef whose creations elevate both local and international flavors.

Laurent Léveillé has traveled the world, working alongside some of the greatest names in gastronomy.

His culinary journey began in France, where he mastered the fundamentals of fine dining before venturing to England, Ireland, Germany, and finally Belgium. Each destination enriched his expertise, allowing him to refine his craft and develop a cuisine that transcends borders.

In Dublin, he had the honor of collaborating with Patrick Gilbaud, a master of Irish gastronomy, who taught him the importance of elegance and precision. In London, under the guidance of Michel Roux Junior and Gordon Ramsay, he deepened his understanding of tradition and innovation, blending classic techniques with modern creativity.

These invaluable experiences, combined with his encounters with renowned chefs and explorations of local markets, have shaped his culinary vision. Today, at our gourmet restaurant in Liège, his goal is to offer a unique gastronomic experience, where every bite tells a story and awakens the senses.
